With the ‘Lobster Queen’ of Canada in the direct line of descendants and an oyster farm back home passed on for 200 years...how can we not! Growing up Acadian meant having to know your seafood!

From the flavours to the recipes, ingredients to the freshness, it was an essential part of Marnie Lynn’s heritage, tradition and youth. Taking the love and passion Mark and Marnie Lynn have for one another and for life, they apply this passion to all there seafood recipes. Combining the love of cooking and some ‘down home’secrets, they offer you prepared ‘sea’-licious dishes every time.

Starting out as a seafood catering company in 2001 allowed years of developing their own recipes that can now be shared by all. They currently promote their product and business at tradeshows and continue to offer their customized catering services for private and corporate events of all sizes.
